推薦觀賞度：
很多人都問我：
「你不是都騎腳踏車環島(墾丁)了嗎？
怎麼遲遲沒有看練習曲？」
原因太多了，其中包含了某些搞笑因素，
所以我一直拖到現在，
原本想直接買DVD，但資金吃緊情況下，
這是去百視達租的。
導演陳懷恩是攝影師出身，
本片嘗試通通自己來，表現如何，
待會見分曉。
加上有許效舜、吳念真等老字號站台，
又以強大廣告推銷，
這部單車環島的電影未演先轟動，
上映後並沒有讓觀眾失望，受到極大好評。
講述一個大學生畢業前夕，用七天六夜，
獨立完成單車環島的願望。
捨棄了汽油，用盡自己全身的力量克服距離的障礙，
而主角本身是個聽障，更顯的成功的可貴。
途中欣賞太平洋遼闊的海景，老車站、莎韻之鐘、
頭城的電廠、八斗子的日出日落、林口的垃圾場、
彰化廟口等等，
再再把台灣，不論是自然美景或人文特色，都表現的淋漓盡致。
我想，近幾年台灣電影吹起的「同志風」，有轉向的趨勢了。
沒有絢麗特效、沒有屏息動作，原汁原味的紀錄車輪滑過的一切，
本片透過「視覺」，帶給觀眾台灣最美好的一面。
正如片中車友所說的：
「騎腳踏車，能看到最好，還有最壞的一面。」
就因為速度慢，不會錯過普通會遺忘的細節，
但也因為如此，更能抓到其中的小毛病。
每個景點，都有其欲表達的意境，
導演並未表明他的立場，而是把正反雙方(或是根本沒有對錯)擺出來，
全由觀眾自行定義。
我們覺得蓋海博館會影響當地文化，還是振興經濟呢？
不論是正面的八斗子美景、或是負面的抗議群眾，
都是台灣的特色，(說難聽的，拉白布條還真是台灣的特色！)
現實面來說，
以我親身騎長途腳踏車的經驗，
主角等級已經超乎我們想像，
七天六夜能環全島超猛，
有規劃、不休息的騎車也需要九天，
即使主角不繞到墾丁，直切屏東上半段，
遇到南橫怎麼能那麼輕鬆呢？
另外，期公路車我也頗為好奇，
長途中輪胎耗損嚴重，細輪要承受長時間壓力、
又得載運行李，超強@@
最後，主角全程用「背」的運送家當，
不會累我實在佩服，還加上吉他實在有點無言，
整個就是鐵人= =
影評部分來說是相當主觀的，
雖然有人說應該要客觀的描述，
不過於偏頗才能保持中立，
但我覺得這種類似感想的表達，
要忠於自己的直覺才是最真實的。
雖然在台灣大家普遍叫好，
外國影評就不甚佳，甚至有1顆星(滿分10顆)的評價，
但他不是來亂的，影評說的頭頭是道，
我不想翻譯給大家，怕誤解他的意思，
待會附錄在影評之後與大家分享。
就我個人而言，
我相當喜愛這部電影，
忠實的紀錄台灣的美麗與感傷之處，
人情味、負面意涵都表達出來了，
而且加上自己很喜歡騎腳踏車，
又有類似的旅遊經驗，
實在是台灣人該自己親身體會的電影。
電影配樂也受到廣大推崇，
平靜悠閒的曲調帶出輕鬆的氣息，
不過少了點起伏感覺平淡了些，
沒有很大動力去買原聲帶，覺得「聽聽就好」。
雖然作曲家聽說很有名= =
「有些事現在不做，一輩子都不會做了。」

don't know what went wrong again and again with the taiwanese movies.
it seems that they never could break the wall of finding mature and good enough screenplay writers,
for almost 30 years, like those soap operas in taiwanese TV, they never changed or improved,
always with lousy screenplays, directors and actors. but in my opinion,
i think that the worst and most critical problem of taiwanese movie and TV drama is the screenplays.
i just don't know why after 30 years, it's still the same, pretentious, unnatural, illogic, shallow and naive(childish).
this 'island etude', like the others movies out of taiwan, no matter old or newer ones,
still got the weakest and wimpy screenplay, directing and acting. the dialog is still unbearably unnatural and pretentious,
the acting is just god awful. the storyline is so hollow and shallow, tried so hard to tell something out of absolute nothing.
we've tried so hard to pin ourselves down in the seats to watch it,
but one by one simply couldn't stand it and tip-toed out of the room.
i have to keep rolling my eyes with all the white i could get from my eyes and asked the mercy of god to spare me the torture.
i just don't know why others would and could appreciate this film and the other similar lousy film, 'road in the air?)',
some story alike with one young man biking around that tiny island.
similar bad screenplay and murderous dialog that almost drove me crazy.
i could never figure out why the korean and mainland china's movies would become better and better,
and why taiwanese movies are still on the elementary level.
