       昨天是實習老師們第一次出遊，到平溪遊玩，但我已有國中同學的飯局在先，只好期待下次了！

       第二個整天班，也將是完整的一週上班，而週五學校就要開學，皮真的要繃緊點了。隨著離校手續接近尾聲，今天終於很認真的翻開地科課本準備開始被課，雖然去年三天兩頭都在咒罵士然拐我去政大附中代課，害我碩二上學期生不如死，不過今天打開課本，又再次在心中感謝了士然，真是孰悉的備課感覺啊！理解課本、找合適的圖片和文字、編排PPT，這就是我未來半年的重頭戲。

       上午10~12點為學校訓育組主辦的研習活動，邀請到台中市文華高中國文老師--潘如玲老師來做班經經驗分享。演講還沒開始，媽媽咪呀的重點歌曲：I Have A Dream就開始播放，聽到喜歡的曲目讓心情格外放鬆。潘老師一看就覺得是充滿活力、極富教育愛、不停充實自己不停歇的老師。演講的內容多以自身經驗為例，更具說服力，他提到教師歷程中，分成前五年、後五年，以及中間很長的一段時間。前五年年紀輕、與學生保有平行式的共鳴，比較好帶；後五年則能用畢生的經歷化為睿智的言語，無須多言即能意會；中間的這段時間可謂最辛苦的時間，需要找到自己對教育的初衷、理想與抱負，別忘對學生永遠視如己出，並保持自己擁有往前的力量。

       教師有三難：教書V.S.演戲、看遠V.S.看近、來不及。認清自己的角色定位，給予學生最真誠的付出，就會得到正向的能量。班經的三大關鍵：班會、幹部、期初與期末，幹部只要有三個很棒的職位就能高枕無憂：班長、風紀與衛生股長。我很慶幸我三個股長都做過，衛生股長算是最慘的，畢竟我自己也沒有很喜歡掃地啊！國二與國三多半擔任班長與副班長(班導說不能連任，所以我都跟27輪流當)、高中則是風紀股長與幹事輪流當，很開心大家都願意與我配合，讓我在附中這幾年一點都不麻煩！
